It is this matrix that can both bind and capture bubbles during cooking. You will need to experiment with your recipes, add a little extra water to allow for the absorption by the Psyllium. One must also remember that there is nothing that glues in the same way as modern wheat, so please keep your expectations within range!
If you suffer from any colon pain, or bowl issues Psyllium Husk can also be mixed with water to drink. 1 teaspoon to a glass of water, stirred thoroughly and drank quickly (before it forms a jelly). Follow this with a second glass of water. The pysllium draws water into the colon as it moves through your system.
