Energy Bar

100g (2 blocks) dark (70% min) chocolate –
1) set choc to melt in pot over water
2) 2 Tbl flax- grind
3)
1 cup Almond
1/4 cup cashew
?sesame
set to roast (pan or oven)
then grind (thermomix 3s on 6)
combine with flax
4) Soften Honey 60g
(thermomix 2 mins on 1 @ 60 degreesC)
5) Filling carbs/protein e.g.,
2 tblspn sunflower seeds
1 cup GF oats
6) Fruit
1/4 cup cranberry (or raisin)(or fig)
1/4 cup coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil (or butter)
(thermomix 4 min on 70)
combine all fillings
7) pour choc out on silicon sheet
8) grind salt over choc (get light covering)
9) spread filling-mix across top choc-
10) set to cool or freeze
